Return Process

To be eligible for a return, you must raise the concern within, 48 hours or 2 days whichever is earlier, of receiving the package and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the opening video incase of damage or any other issues on the product purchased, failing to provide the opening video, you are not eligible to apply for return, also the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at fashilyamazon@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Origin Address as is in your received package. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Fashily reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used or if the accessories like mask / scrunchies which were sent as a part of the order is missing or if the product is stained / crushed. Exchange will not be entertained if the product is received in any condition as stated above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the package, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, You’ll also need to provide the opening video incase of damage or any other issues on the product purchased, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items purchased on Clearance Sale, inner garments, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fashilyamazon@gmail.com.

Note : A fee of INR 200-400 (depending on package size and order amount) will be deducted per order on all Refunds/Exchange requests, as a part of shipping and processing fee. This fee is deducted during refund to bear the money and human effort spent in shipping and processing of orders.
